The owners and head coaches of
Midwest Gymnastics have been involved
with the sport as competitors and as coaches
for over 25 years.
They are highly regarded and respected
in the local club and college gymnastics
community. And through their commitment
to Elite level gymnastics, they also attend
many national level clinics, and confer with
national level coaches. This enables them
to stay on the cutting edge of technique,
philosophies and the always rapidly
changing face of gymnastics.
Our team and class coaches have a wide range of gymnastics
backgrounds. Some have been, or are, competitive gymnasts; some have coached
for many years; some are gymnastics judges; some are even members of the
University of Minnesota gymnastics team!
Whatever their background, they all bring a
unique perspective and energy to
our program. In addition, many of our coaches
and office staff have children
in our programs so they understand what is
important from a parent's point of view
