

For current
customers fees are due one and a half weeks before the next session. The
invoice always states the due date. This holds your current class. New
customers may get pro-rated into the current session, then the above would
apply.
For team customers
fees are due on the 7th of the month. The invoice always states the due
date as well.
Fees paid after
the due date are subject to a $15.00 late fee, this puts the child back
into class if there is space.
A 10% discount
will be applies for any gymnast attending classes more then once per week
( first class is full price, additional classes receive 10% discount.)
A 10% discount
will be applies for families with two or more gymnasts in the team and/or
class program. The highest tuition will be full price. The 10% discount
will be applied to all additional tuition costs.
High School
classes are not eligible for any discounts
Midwest Gymnastics
accepts Visa and Mastercard. Automatic credit card billing is available.
(ask at the front desk)
Refunds are
not given after the session has begun. Midwest offers a free trial for
any new student. A $10.00 cancellation fee will be charged if cancelled
before the session begins.

Class programs:
a registration/insurance fee of $30.00 per gymnast is due September 1
each year. There is a per family maximum of $65.00. Any gymnast joining
the program after September 1 will be required to pay the registration
fee at the time they register.
Team program:
a registration/insurance fee of $50.00 per team gymnasts is due September
1 each year. There is a per family maximum of $110.00.
Summer registration/insurance
fee for the class program is $15.00 per gymnast. A family maximum of $35.00.
Summer registration/insurance
fee for the team program is $25.00 per gymnast. A family maximum of $55.00
Medical insurance:
Parents must provide the name and policy number of the medical insurance
for student at time of enrollment.
Comments and
suggestions: please feel free to talk to any Midwest Gymnastics staff
member or leave a message in the drop box with any questions, concerns,
comments, or ideas you may have that will help us improve our program.
Make-ups need
to be scheduled through the office in advance. Please do not drop in for
a make-up without office approval.
There is a limit
of two make-ups per session. If special circumstances arise, please contact
the office
Make-ups must
be made within the session of the missed class. If the missed class falls
in the last week of the session, you may make it up in the following session.
Missed team
practices are not eligible for make-ups. If a make-up is scheduled for
a particular team, that information will be communicated by the coaches
directly to the applicable team members.
Wait in the
lobby area until your coach calls your class onto the floor
Always stay in
line behind the coach when you’re moving about in the gym
Wear appropriate
clothing. Girls: leotards; boys: tucked-in t-shirts and athletic shorts.
NO JEWELRY!!!!!
Long hair must
be pulled back in a ponytail.
Wait in the
lobby after class. Students are not allowed to wait outside for a ride
home.
Always follow
the posted safety rules.
When in doubt,
always ask your coach’s permission.
General rules for parents:
Parents are
not allowed on the gym floor without a coach’s permission.
All viewing
must be done from the parents’ observation area in the lobby
If your gymnast
gets injured do not come out onto the floor until the coach comes to get
you. Our safety certified coaches will assess the situation first and
alert you, if necessary.
If you have
any questions or concerns, please contact the office. If you would like
to talk to the coach, please fill out a coaches request form and the coach
will return your phone call.
Midwest Gymnastics
cannot be responsible for gymnasts before or after their scheduled class
time.
Do not leave
children unattended in the lobby or entry areas while their siblings are
in classes.
Please come
into the lobby to pick up your child. Gymnasts are not allowed to wait
outside for rides.
